Come and relax at our Tea Rooms in the heart of Thornton Le Dale where you can choose from an array of tempting treats and surround yourself with the quaint charm of our 14^th Century building.

We pride ourselves by sharing with you some of the best locally homemade produce that Yorkshire has to offer. Whatever you choose to eat, you can be assured that the majority of produce has come locally from Yorkshire. Whether you have one of our homemade treats or indulge in an afternoon tea, you can be satisfied that most of our products have been homemade using only the best ingredients for Lavenders.

All of our staff are highly trained and most have a minimum level 2 health and hygiene certificate as well as first aid and fire certifications.

Whether for a special gift or takeaway, we offer a majority of local Yorkshire produce, and supply a variety of speciality foods for you to take home and enjoy.

In addition to this, we also offer a Picnic Hamper Service where you can spoil yourself with lots of mouth-watering foods.

If you are enjoying a holiday here at Thornton Le Dale maybe you would like to consider a day out with one of our picnic hampers, or even order a welcome pack or gift hamper to be waiting for you on arrival at the start of your holiday. Our aim is to ensure you have a memorable stay. We have a variety of hampers on offer for you to choose from. All we need is a date and a time and your freshly made up hamper will be waiting for you. You can also take advantage of our delivery service if you wish.

Finally, although we cannot allow dogs into the tea rooms, they are more than welcome with you in our seated outdoor courtyard where a bowl of water and a doggy treat will be served to them with our compliments.
